Scope Of Support
Cool Plugins team is able to provide support for the following types of questions/issues:
- Support issues and queries related to advertised feature.
- Clarification related to product documentation or descriptions.
- Installation and coding bugs inside our product (It don’t cover third party plugin conflicts.)
- Design and style setup guidelines using base plugin settings.
- We will sure hear a complete documenting new feature request which may or may not become actual product features in a future version.
However, we are not able to provide support for specific issues or use cases:
- Demands for custom code development or custom features for a specific user.
- Custom design / CSS requirement other than our base product design.
- Support for a modified product by other developer
- Conflicts due to other plugins or themes coding bugs.
