The Second World War was the largest and deadliest conflict in history, involving nations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. It began in 1939 and ended in 1945, resulting in massive political, social, and territorial changes worldwide.

The First World War, also referred to as the Great War, lasted from 1914-1918. It was supposed to be “The War to End All Wars.”
